Enchanted Gardens began with a simple dream: to grow food with care, and share it with people who truly value where their food comes from. What started as a small garden in Minnetonka has grown into a working farm and apiary rooted in community, resilience, and hope.
In 2025, with the support of this incredible community, I was able to purchase 30 acres in Farmington, Minnesota — raw land that is now becoming the next chapter of Enchanted Gardens. Together, we are building something lasting: a place where food, animals, and people are all cared for with intention.
Today, Enchanted Gardens produces:
Fresh fruit & vegetables, herbs, and storage crops
Fresh chicken and duck eggs
Raw honey and small-batch artisan vinegars
Cut flowers and seasonal bedding & vegetable plants
Pasture-raised livestock and future dairy products
Pumpkins for Halloween!
Our farm is expanding to include dairy goats and sheep, KuneKune pastured pork, and alpacas for naturally soft, hypoallergenic fiber — all raised using rotational grazing and closed-loop practices.
How We Farm
Enchanted Gardens is a woman-run farm and apiary guided by sustainable, regenerative principles.
We care for the land by:
Building living soil through compost, mulching, and minimal tillage
Rotating crops and livestock to protect soil health
Integrating animals into the farm system by composting manure and feeding them surplus produce
Avoiding synthetic sprays and focusing on biodiversity and natural balance
This closed-loop approach allows us to reduce waste, nurture the soil, and grow food that is vibrant, flavorful, and nourishing.
More Than a Farm
Over the past year, Enchanted Gardens has grown in ways I never imagined — from first partnering with Lakewinds Co-Op to joining the Mill City Farmers Market, and beginning the build of a small educational micro-dairy that will offer free viewing opportunities for children and families.
Every seed planted, every hive tended, and every harvest shared is part of a bigger story — one of connection, stewardship, and community.
