Returns & Refunds Policy
We take pride in providing fresh, seasonal, farm-grown products. Because of the nature of food and subscription agriculture, our return and refund policies differ by product type.
🌱 CSA Subscriptions (Vegetable, Flower & Egg Shares)
CSA shares are seasonal subscriptions, not single retail products. Your purchase reserves space in our planting plan, labor, and harvest schedule.
Cancellation & Refunds
CSA shares may be canceled before the season begins for a prorated refund, minus a 20% administrative and planning fee.
Once the CSA season has started, no refunds are issued for shares already delivered or scheduled, as crops are already planted and growing.
If you need to cancel mid-season, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion only, less the 20% fee.
Missed Pickups
Missed pickups are not refundable.
We are unable to hold, replace, or credit missed shares due to food safety and scheduling constraints.
Weather & Crop Variability
CSA members share in the risks of farming, including weather, pests, and natural variation. In the event of a partial crop loss, we will make every effort to substitute with comparable products, but refunds are not issued for weather-related shortages.
🍯 Honey & Food Products
Due to food safety regulations:
All honey and food items are final sale.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds once these products have left the farm.
If your honey arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
💳 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
